Inés’ classes weave together mindful movement, functional alignment that honours the students’ unique individual anatomy, awareness of breath, and teachings from prominent philosophical texts, using the body as a vehicle for discovery and awareness in a way that is non dogmatic and connects the student to their own inner teacher. She enjoys sharing these practices in a way that respects the roots and traditions of yoga.
Inés has been teaching since 2016 and has completed over 600 hours of formal training in addition to continual study with her teachers.
