Inés discovered yoga when she was at a significant low in life, and was hooked once she started to experience the  transformational benefits of asana, pranayama, meditation, and philosophical study. She is keen to share the profound life changing magic of these practices with others in a way that honours the roots and traditions of yoga.

Inés teaches yoga as a way of life: she likes to facilitate an experience for others to witness the dialogue between mind and body. Her classes weave together mindful movement, functional alignment that honours the students’ unique individual anatomy, awareness of breath, and teachings from prominent philosophical texts, using the body as a vehicle for discovery and awareness in a way that is non dogmatic and connects the student to their own inner teacher.
