We passionately believe that Yoga is for everyone.  No matter your age or fitness level, we offer classes that will work for you.

THE STUDIO

Our bright and serene studio is tucked away on a leafy side street in Parsons Green. This peaceful haven is the perfect space for your practice to unfold.

Downstairs is our Prana studio, with infrared heating (at a comfortable 25°C) and all the props you need. Upstairs you’ll find the Shanti studio: an intimate and tranquil space for 1-to-1 sessions and smaller groups.

Our spacious changing rooms and showers have everything you need to leave refreshed and ready for the rest of your day.

The boutique offers an extensive range of yoga accessories, books and gifts. Choose from a range of nutritious snacks, invigorating juices and smoothies in our fridge. It’s a beautiful space to enjoy a post practice catch-up. Take it easy in our lounge area before heading back out with a new spring in your step.

You will feel well looked after from the moment you step inside, to when you float out of the studio.

The best yoga studio in London with a good variety of classes to suit different levels. The teachers are very qualified and experienced. It is zen but not preachy. It has a beautiful and serene atmosphere. It can get very crowded so book early.
