PYC offers free community yoga classes as part of our commitment to making yoga accessible to all.
Saturdays & Sundays at 2pm
Yoga can be a lifeline for people who suffer from anxiety and depression as well as improving flexibility and posture, and we want to share the wonderful gift of yoga with as many people as possible. These classes are free and take place in our beautiful studio in Parson’s Green. They encourage and inspire everyone from beginners to practicing yogis.
Our Community Classes are led by graduates from PYC Academy. This is a great way for newly qualified teachers to practice Karma yoga and share with the community while gaining valuable experience in their new career.
