Our weekly community classes are led by graduates from PYC Academy and raise money for our charity partner Fierce Calm, a non-profit that aims to make yoga accessible to all while supporting the most vulnerable in society.
Yoga can be a lifeline for people who suffer from anxiety and depression as well as improving flexibility and posture and we want to share the wonderful gift of yoga with as many people as possible. These donation based classes encourage and inspire everyone from beginners to practising yogis.
We believe in nurturing the talent of our students whilst also being committed to giving back to the wider yoga community. Beyond just a class, each week we create a positive vibration in the heart of our community for all to benefit from.

Jules’ yoga journey began as she was navigating the shift from university to her career in the arts. Yoga swiftly shifted itself from being a helpful hand to a lifestyle choice. Living in fast-paced London, staying true to your authentic self can be difficult, yogic philosophy and asana practice helped put the world into perspective and create a sustainable way of life.
Having travelled around the world to expand her knowledge on the ethics of yoga, and particularly how we can achieve this off the mat, her classes encourage all to be kinder and more compassionate to our own bodies.
Maria teaches a fun and dynamic class and takes a light-hearted and playful approach to her teaching. She’s been practicing yoga since 2016, using the physical practice as a way to (try to) breathe and slow down in an otherwise relentless schedule.
She believes that yoga is for everybody and endeavours to make her classes inclusive for all, breaking down barriers and preconceptions that prevent people from getting onto the mat. All levels welcome and modifications available.
