Thank you for taking the time to read through the terms below.
  • ENROLLMENT: Once we have reviewed your application you will be notified via email whether or not you have been accepted onto the programme. Your enrollment is not confirmed until both the information form and deposit has been received. The deposit fee of £150 is non-refundable except in the case of a declined application. Once enrolled, all fees are non-refundable (even in the event of failure to pass the course) and are non-transferable to another programme except at the discretion of PYC and in the event of unexpected medical circumstances (minus application fee/deposit).
  • CERTIFICATION: To graduate, a student must complete all of the curriculum that the training assigns. This may include: class participation, exams, written and practical assignments, homework, attendance and timely completion of all assignments.
  • LEAVES OF ABSENCE: Due to medical disability or exceptional circumstances, a leave of absence will be granted. In this event, the student will have the opportunity to join the next available training. Where applicable, students may need to pay the difference for this training. Each circumstance is reviewed individually.
  • ATTENDANCE: One hundred percent attendance is required. Any missed hours will have to be made up before the end of the training. Students are required to make up all class hours missed, both excused and unexcused, by making arrangements with the facilitators. All classes will start on time and students are expected to be present and ready to participate at the appointed starting time. Students will not be allowed to join the session if they arrive late. Students that need to make up hours will be expected to pay a fee to join another course or to cover extra facilitation hours.
  • CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION: Cancellation of classes or sessions due to unforeseen circumstances may occur. In the event that PYC is unable to deliver any of the sessions as scheduled then these will be rescheduled to another time. In the event that sessions cannot be delivered live or in a studio for whatever reason then PYC will substitute such sessions with either live or recorded material.
  • STUDENT FEEDBACK: We welcome feedback as we know that it helps to improve not only us as individual facilitators but as a team and training programme.
