Veronika discovered the benefits of yoga in 2010 and soon realized that she had found a tool to help her navigate through life with more awareness, balance, clarity, and ease. Inspired to share this gift, she completed her first formal 200hr teacher training with Simon Low in 2015.
Complimenting her asana and pranayama practice and teaching, Veronika also delved deeper into mindfulness-based meditation practices and yoga nidra. She found these particularly useful in her own life, and now integrates them into her yoga teaching, as well as offering them as standalone classes and workshops.
Veronika has been passionate about sound and music since she was a child. Following 12 years of musical training in piano, she discovered and began to use Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and other therapeutic instruments. She received her initial training from Otto Haddad in 2015 and since then has studied with various teachers in the United Kingdom, Spain and Nepal.
