Power Yoga

Tom teaches Asana, breath control (Pranayama), conscious focus (Dharana) and meditation (Dhyana) in a restorative but physically demanding practice. Expect positive hands-on adjustments, use of props and psychedelic sounds.

6th December 2015 - 200 hour Teacher Training with Stewart Gilchrist and Amanda Denton (Yoga Alliance Certification)

20th August 2016 - Assisting and Adjusting with Stewart Gilchrist

19th August 2017 - Assisting and Adjusting with Stewart Gilchrist

8th September 2018 - Pregnancy Yoga with Tara Lee
