Having spent 8 years working in the TV industry as an Assistant Director on shows such as Spooks and Mr Selfridge, Sophie gave up the incredibly long hours for a healthier, more purposeful life. Yoga has changed Sophie’s life in a dramatic way and she hopes to inspire others to create a sense of balance in their own lives.
Sophie is a health and happiness warrior and teaches a dynamic style of vinyasa yoga where movement is synchronised with the breath. Flowing and creative sequences with an eclectic soundtrack means that Sophie’s classes not only build on strength, flexibility and balance but are fun and down-to-earth. Whilst moving your body is a big focus to the class, Sophie also allows for those important moments of stillness and relaxing meditation.
