Power Yoga

After 8 years in the City as a stock broker, Sarah left it all to follow her heart and pursue a life of Yoga. Her personal yoga practice became a powerful tool to help balance to the intensity of city life and she quickly realised she was far more animated about encouraging people to invest in themselves rather than in stocks.

Sarah is passionate about helping others find their flow. Sarah’s teaching touches both ends of the spectrum and focuses on strength, flexibility and mindfulness in equal measure. Ultimately, her goal is to inspire students like she has been inspired. Her classes are effective, detailed, and playful as Sarah endeavours to create a safe space to encourage and challenge you in unison.
