Louise teaches a strong and mindful dynamic style class, focusing on reconnecting with the sensations and feelings within movement and the body. This allows students to really become present, focusing the mind while using the body’s intelligence to strengthen and open in a steady and safe way.
There are strong aspects to classes, but options are offered. Louise wants to break down the barriers around yoga which make it seem intimidating or out of reach and encourage everyone to explore its incredible benefits.
Louise is 500 hour trained with Celest Pereira and Nina Vukas, with 50hr yin yoga qualification completed with Sarah Lo. She found yoga unexpectedly whilst working in the charitable sector, and quickly became enamoured with the practice. After recognising the incredible impact it was having on her daily life, she decided she wanted to share this beautiful practice with others.
Louise is fascinated with biomechanics and likes to adapt some of the traditional yoga poses to bring some strength and activation to our bodies.
