Letitia has a deep understanding of the body in motion, as a professional contemporary dancer, she has experienced and accumulated knowledge from many movement practices that have informed and transferred into her practice and teaching style. Letitia loves to encourage people to explore and expand to their full potential both on and off the mat and wants her students to feel challenged, in harmony and empowered after one of her classes!
Letitia is also the founder and creator of the Holistic Fitness Practice- Dynamic Body® which integrates Ballet & Contemporary Dance techniques with Yoga and Pilates practices. She has been sharing her knowledge and movement expertise with students across London since 2014, delivering workshops and facilitating teacher training alongside her work as dancer.
She hopes to help people connect to themselves on a deeper level through breath and movement and become stronger physically and mentally through their practice of Yoga and deepening their understanding of the body in motion.
