Jessica grew up on the beach in the Middle East, where her Mum first started taking her along to yoga classes from a young age. But she didn’t find her own practice until she moved to London and the hectic pace of city life and her turbulent career in acting led her to her local studio (PYC!). She was astounded by the effects – the more she went, the more happy, focused and calm she found herself. It was a strong desire to share these benefits with others that motivated her to become a teacher.
Jessica feels passionately that yoga should be for everybody and hopes to help you find more balance in your life so you can be the happiest & fullest version of yourself.
Her Vinyasa classes are dynamic but nurturing with a focus on breath led movement – and a playlist that inspires and leads the way! Her Yin classes are a real chance to nourish and restore the body. She creates a calm and soothing space where you feel safe to fully surrender.
