Izzie uses philosophy to ground her classes, she is passionate about sharing her love of yoga with others, helping students realise the power of their bodies through breath and movement. Expect some core work through balances, inversions and playful transitions. Izzie offers challenging options for intermediate practitioners as well as variations for beginners.
