Ginny’s classes are dynamic and playful with a strong focus on the use of breath as the guide. Her mindful approach to sequencing ensures all levels feel welcome and challenged. Ginny will invite you to go a little deeper, to feel a little more, and in the process truly tune into the inner workings of both your body and your mind. She offers a friendly and open place to come and learn, build strength and mobility and leave feeling lighter & brighter.

After years working as a Marketing professional in London, Ginny finally realised something was missing. Her active, busy lifestyle led her to yoga, which provided the ideal balance – a means of escaping the stress and pressures of work for a moment of calm, while keeping fit and healthy. It changed her – it changed her life.
