After training as a professional dancer at one of Europe’s top dance colleges, Laine Theatre Arts, El went on to a career in the Performing Arts. Along the way she found yoga, which ignited a new passion for philosophy and love for mindful movement.
El’s classes are strong with a dynamic flow and playful sequencing, which is reflected through her unique and lively playlists. She likes to work with a balance of strength and flexibility, through alignment technique and mindful breath.
