Cloudia uses intelligent and fun sequencing to create an environment that invites everyone to class. Her classes are physically demanding with a strong focus on the breath and feeds in the principles of yoga through out the class “When we breath more efficiently it helps to reduce stress, declutter and focus the mind which enables our body to move more effectively. “
Cloudia found yoga whilst touring as an actress around the West Coast of America and decided to deepen her practice with Stewart Gilchrist in 2012. In 2018 she studied with Yoga Mamas and works closely with ladies who are in their second and third trimester adapting the practice for their ever changing bodies. Her biggest teacher to date is baby Margot, who has taught her patience, unconditional love and the art of being present and in the moment. My aim is for you to walk out of class feeling better then when you walked in.
