Chiara discovered yoga during her pregnancy 12 years ago, at The Power Yoga Company and never looked back. She has practiced Vinyasa, Hatha and Bikram. She found her element in Yin Yoga, which is what she specialises in now. Her aim is to promote the profound transformative effects of this practice, on and off the mat.
An avid personal development student, she is especially interested in the emotional and spiritual dimension of yoga. Chiara has been studying dance since childhood and has no intention of stopping. She participated in dance projects by the Michael Clark Company, and Akram Khan.
Her ballet background has helped her understanding of alignment and of anatomy, and it encourages her to create sequences that feel harmonious and balanced.
