Power Yoga, Teacher Training

Caroline is extremely passionate about teaching yoga and feels very lucky that she is able to do this as her full-time job. She hopes that students will find her classes to be not only challenging but also fun and playful. She has practiced in various countries around the world and loves the feeling that yoga leaves her with, in particular Power, Vinyasa and Yin. She originally trained in 2010 with Duncan Peak in Australia and since then has followed other teachers such as Lance Schuler, Tiffany Cruikshank, Stewart Gilchrist, Mark Kan and The Yoga People.  What she loves to see the most is students progressing, changing and on a journey to meeting their full potential on and off the mat!

QUALIFICATIONS

Yoga Alliance RYT 200 hours 2010

60 hours - Functional Yoga sequencing

80 hours - Pregnancy Yoga

160 hours - Yin yoga and Anatomy

42 hours - Anatomy and Forest Yoga

50 hours - Rocket and Ashtanga Vinyasa
