Becky took her first yoga class at a local gym more than thirteen years ago and has been practising ever since. With no background in dance, gymnastics, or martial arts, Becky has always found dynamic yoga to be both challenging and rewarding. Expect a strong and challenging vinyasa class that fuses precise, anatomically-informed consideration of the physical practice with traditional yoga philosophy. Becky is proud to be a yoga “mutt,” taking inspiration from the many different styles and forms of yoga that she has practised throughout her life. She is grateful to all of her teachers and mentors, past and present, including David Swenson, Sri Sheshadri, Mark Kan, Stewart Gilchrist, and especially Jason Crandell, with whom she is completing her advanced teacher training certificate. Her greatest guru is her daughter, Claire..
