After training as a dancer and performing across Europe and the Middle East, Amanda came across yoga and was instantly hooked. It complemented her dance training, helped with recovery from injuries and made the bustle of London a little easier to cope with! Amanda practiced with several teachers who inspired and helped her discover a new passion and she completed her initial teacher training with The Power Yoga Company. Amanda’s class is a dynamic one drawing on influences from a dance and athletic background, exploring fluid transitions between postures with focus on breath and alignment to build strength and flexibility. The practice is sure to challenge but also leave you feeling grounded and relaxed.
