After training as a dancer at the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance and performing across Europe and the Middle East, Amanda came across yoga and was instantly hooked. After training and working for several years as a professional dancer, Amanda has a keen understanding of the importance of dynamics and alignment in any movement based practice. Amanda is a 500 Hrs Experienced Certified Yoga Teacher and has completed further trainings on anatomy and adjustments with Sally Parkes and David Swenson.
Her practice is strongly rooted in functional movement to support people from any background and physical ability.
