Alix took her first Yoga class early 2007 while still working as a lawyer in the City. Once she started practising more regularly, she realised that she wanted to become a teacher, drawn not only by the physical challenges of the practice but even more because of the effects Yoga had on her mind and wellbeing, which she wanted to share with others.
She is both a 500-hour qualified Dharma and 200-hour qualified Vinyasa Yoga teacher.
She regularly attends workshops and intense trainings with renowned teachers.
Alix loves sharing and transmitting her passion for Yoga. Her classes are dynamic, inspired by her own practice and challenging but with variations for every level. She believes that it is important to be challenged because she sees in her own practice how far willpower and perseverance can take you in your Yoga journey.
