This power yoga class is an intermediate to advanced level class focusing on arm balances. After firing up the core and warming the whole body up, you will flow through the main asanas and practise several arm balancing postures, from crow to side crow, from Kundinyasana to Tittibhasana, sometimes with challenging ways of entering into them.
