ABOUT YOUR TEACHER LULU WINFIELD

Lulu Winfield has been teaching at The Power Yoga Company since the doors first opened in 2007. In fact, it was Lulu who set up the pre and post natal yoga department at PYC, 16 years ago. Since then, this flourishing yoga department has gone from strength to strength, with thousands of women enjoying the incredible support of this specialist branch of yoga throughout a profound and transitionary time in their lives. Lulu has over 20 years of experience teaching pre and post natal yoga and is also a founding member of Doula UK. She has attended hundreds of births and was one of the first hypno-birthing instructors in the UK. She is passionate about delivering pre and post natal yoga teacher training of the highest standard.

During these incredible trainings, Lulu will be inviting highly respected colleagues with experience in a diverse range of women’s health specialisms, to share their knowledge and expertise. This means you’ll benefit from expert tutorials with specialist women’s health physios and working midwives who are equally passionate and highly qualified. Together this is a very complete training in prenatal yoga as well as postnatal yoga, densely packed with excellent learning. However, each course can be taken separately if required.
