Power Yoga|Upper Body
1 hr, All Levels, Jared Musiker Think of upper body strength, and perhaps lifting heavy things is the first thing to come to mind. There is probably a similar amount of power and coordination to hold something or someone, to mould and sculpt with one’s hands, to breathe, speak, and sing; to hold one’s head high or respectfully bow it down. This smouldering yoga class is definitely going to burn beautifully. You will feel the warm fire beneath your chest as we begin the challenging process of forming upper body and arm strength. We support the wrists more, stabilise the elbows and shoulder joints, and free the neck from its hefty workload. Potent power yoga at it’s brightest and there will be plenty modifications as we build a framework for a mighty heartspace.
