Discover yoga in a safe and fun space, under the expert guidance of Ginny. This course focuses on the basic postures, variations and getting familiar with Power Yoga sequence. It is designed to give you a strong and safe foundation so you feel confident in any of our Level 1 or All Level classes. It’s also ideal for those getting back into the practice after a break or wanting to revisit the basics.
In these 30 mins evening sessions, Sophia will guide you through an accessible way to practise mindfulness. These techniques will build emotional stability and mental resilience. There couldn’t be a more opportune time to bring this into our life, together.
