Post Natal classes run every Wednesday 14:00 – 15:00. They are suitable from around 6 weeks after your baby is born until they start to crawl around the studio. Please contact Lulu directly to book.
In these classes, children will learn a full range of yoga postures. They will also be introduced to practical techniques to calm and focus the mind. Partner activities and yoga games are also on the menu!

It’s time to love yourself. To have some “me-time”. Immerse yourself in a balanced, deeply nourishing yet powerful practice. Enjoy some great slow-flow sequences, helping the body to soften, realign and open. Then prepare for deep relaxation, recalibrating your body and mind.
Props are an essential part of our practice but often we’re reluctant to use them as it feels like a ‘step back’. Amanda will explore the different ways that they can enhance your practice and help you access challenging poses.
