Our amazing teacher Lulu runs two Pregnancy Yoga classes a week and you are welcome to join one or all sessions. You can attend from 12 weeks and can safely practice until your baby arrives. Please contact Lulu directly to book.

Kids Yoga Autumn Term 2019 (Ages 10-12)

Starts 11th September, 2019 with Serena Lillingston

In these classes for older children they will learn a full range of yoga postures. They will also be introduced to practical techniques to calm and focus the mind. Partner activities and yoga games are also on the menu!

Mandala Workshop – Water

1:30 - 3:30, 26th October with Isabel Lankester

Part One of a series of Mandala Workshops with Isabel Lankester at PYC. This 2 hour workshop will begin and end with yin yoga to balance out the more invigorating part of the practice. Suitable for all levels, options and variations will be given for those wanting to take their practice further.

Kids Yoga Autumn Term 2019 (Ages 7-9)

A fun and creative class which combines yoga postures, games, and creative movement. In these happy positive classes, children learn to relate better to others, so they gain more poise and self-confidence!

Flow and Restore Workshop

1:30 - 3:30, 2nd November with Kiki Felipe

Restorative Yoga focuses on neutralising the nervous system which is often over stimulated causing stress, depression, anxiety and illness in some cases. To achieve a state of release in body and in mind, you will use props to support the body, find comfort and give a sense of grounding and weightlessness.

Thai Massage & The Healing Power of Touch

1:30 - 3:30, 9th November with Zaz Grumbar

In this two hour workshop, we will first work individually on techniques for self-healing, and then team up with a partner for an introduction to Thai Yoga Massage, where you will be guided to do and experience a simple Thai massage sequence while fully clothed, as is the tradition with this style of massage.
