A fun and creative class which combines yoga postures, games, and creative movement. In these happy positive classes, children learn to relate better to others, so they gain more poise and self-confidence!
In these classes for older children they will learn a full range of yoga postures. They will also be introduced to practical techniques to calm and focus the mind. Partner activities and yoga games are also on the menu!
Through Mona’s guidance discover the softness within the yang and the focus and discipline within the yin, bringing us closer to ‘yoga’ – the middle path. The workshop will start with a strong 60-min flow, followed by an hour of meditative and slow paced practice.
