Post Natal classes run every Wednesday 14:00 – 15:00. They are suitable from around 6 weeks after your baby is born until they start to crawl around the studio. Please contact Lulu directly to book.

This course will build courage and confidence whilst breaking down the body mechanics of inversions. You’ll feel the benefits in every part of your practice. Inverting the body allows a wonderful circulatory boost to the upper areas and its also really good to change your perspective! Everyone welcome, no prior experience required.
A fun and creative class which combines yoga postures, games, and creative movement. In these happy positive classes, children learn to relate better to others, so they gain more poise and self-confidence!
For the next gathering of the PYC book club we will be discussing A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle. Tolle describes how our attachment to the ego creates the dysfunction that leads to anger, jealousy, and unhappiness, and shows readers how to awaken to a new state of consciousness and follow the path to a truly fulfilling existence. Join our friendly and curious group for a relaxed evening of learning and laughter.
In these classes for older children they will learn a full range of yoga postures. They will also be introduced to practical techniques to calm and focus the mind. Partner activities and yoga games are also on the menu!
