It’s time to love yourself, to have some “me-time”. Immerse yourself in a balanced, deeply nourishing yet powerful practice. Enjoy some great slow-flow sequences, helping the body to soften, realign and open. Then prepare for deep relaxation, recalibrating your body and mind.

Join Zaz for a core-firing masterclass. Learn how to properly engage the core, establishing a firm foundation of connection. Discover how a strong centre can free you to develop a greater sense of ease and grace as you flow through asanas. Beginners Course 5 Weeks

This 5 week course with Csilla Gemmecke is the ideal way to kick start your practice. You’ll build a strong and safe foundation from which you can confidently explore Power Yoga. Under Csilla’s expert guidance you’ll learn in a supportive and stimulating environment.
