Led by the experienced Agnes Trevillion , our classes are specifically designed to support the development of both body and mind. The curriculum combines yoga postures, breath-work, mindfulness practices, and relaxation techniques.
Research has shown that introducing a yoga practice during the teenage years yields significant benefits. Beyond enhancing flexibility and strength through physical postures, incorporating breathing techniques and mindfulness has a positive impact on mental and emotional well-being. A consistent yoga practice can effectively reduce stress and anxiety, improve concentration, enhance sleep quality, and contribute to overall physical health.
