Yin Yoga Workshop with Mia Gemmecke

Slow down and soften with an extended Yin Yoga practice. Many of us lead demanding and difficult lives, often what we require most is space where we can rest and release the tensions that we all carry.
The Yin yoga practice is centered around floor-based postures, which are held for several minutes using props as supports. Relaxing into this practice for 2 hours can be remarkably rejuvenating; a wonderful way of simultaneously refreshing and slowing down.
This workshop is suitable for every ability and level of experience.
