A Yin and Yoga Nidra workshop to help you find calm and quiet as we move from winter towards spring. In Chinese medicine, winter is associated with the water element, and spring with the wood element. In this workshop, we’ll practice yin postures that are sequenced around the water and wood elements, learn about the meridians associated with these elements, and finish with a yoga nidra practice.

Yoga Nidra is often referred to as “psychic sleep” and is a state between sleep and consciousness. Typically this is done lying down and you’ll be guided through a body scan and visualisation allowing you to become more aware of your internal landscape. No experience of yoga needed.
