In our beautiful and bustling London, it’s easy to equate our sense of worth to our levels of productivity. This can leave us feeling disconnected from our centre, and depleted physically and energetically.
Through Mona’s guidance discover the softness within the yang and the focus and discipline within the yin, bringing us closer to ‘yoga’ – the middle path. The workshop will start with a strong 60-min flow, followed by an hour of meditative and slow paced practice. Enjoy long 3-5 minute holds, designed to release tension deep in the muscles and connective tissue.
