Teens Stress Release Workshop with Agnes Trevillion

The benefits of yoga can be profound for all ages but yoga is particularly invaluable for teenagers who are commonly faced with anxiety, stress as well as the changes that come with emotional and physical development. Yoga can help build self-confidence while also allowing a better understanding of the connection between the mind and body.
This workshop will focus on building a safe, playful environment to create stronger self-belief, encourage exploration of what is possible and explore the ability to adapt to change. We will also focus on skills to take off the mat that can support deeper relaxation and aid better sleep, as well as tools that can be used to help deal with stressful situations.
