Whether you’re new to Yoga or want to revisit the basics, our 5 week course is the ideal way to kick-start your practice. You’ll gain a strong foundation from which you can confidently explore Power Yoga. Under the guidance of experienced teachers you’ll learn in a supportive and stimulating environment.

These classes will introduce you to the central postures, their names and correct alignment principles. You will also learn breathing and meditation techniques. Expect to strengthen your body, increase your mobility and calm your mind.

Power Yoga, Level 1
Csilla (pronounced Chiller!) has a passion for spreading health and happiness. She holds a martial arts black belt but fell in love with yoga when she moved to London from Germany and discovered how versatile and replenishing yoga can be. Expect to leave her class sweaty, with a new found energy and a big smile!
