Power Yoga Beginners Workshop with Harriet Taylor

Never tried Power Yoga or looking to revisit the fundamentals? This workshop will introduce beginners to the foundations of Power Yoga and support those practitioners seeking deeper instruction for their yoga practice.
Harriet will guide you through basic yoga postures (asanas), sequencing, healthy alignment and breath techniques (pranayama). You’ll also learn simple meditation and relaxation techniques. After a lengthy relaxing Savasana you should expect to leave the workshop with a better understanding of Power Yoga and a deepened sense of awareness both physically and mentally.
