Our amazing teacher Lulu runs Post Natal classes every Wednesday 14:00 – 15:00.
The classes are suitable from around 6 weeks after your baby is born until they start to crawl. If you’ve had a c-section please check with your GP (usually at 6-7 weeks) that you are ready to join the class.
Learn specific postures that are beneficial at this time and enjoy exploring new strength as you progress with your practice. Release tension in the shoulders and upper backs from feeding and carrying. We also work on strengthening the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. There is no pressure and Lulu carefully guides the class to embrace everyone’s individual needs.
During your practice your baby rests next to you or if they need a bit of company Lulu is on hand to help. Don’t worry that your baby may cry – we work around the little ones and anything goes! You may like to bring a blanket for your little one to lie on.
