A meditation practice isn’t about becoming a different person or even a better person. It’s about developing an awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. Meditation brings us a sense of joy no matter the context of the external world.
So much of our day to day is spent in longing for things to be different from how they are, bringing about a sense of discontent and dissatisfaction. Meditation encourages us to intentionally disengage from this way of being and instead act more consciously, creating the space for us to live life in the present with absolute intention and awareness.
Join Alexandra for a blissful 2 hour workshop as she invites you to be what what is. To be with yourself. For this moment to be enough. This workshop will explore various meditations and traditions that will help you to stay connected and present as life unfolds.
Open to all levels of meditators. If you have never tried and are curious to learn, this is the perfect environment to do so. If you are looking to deepen your practice or in need of some guidance then do join us. Wear comfortable loose clothing, and something warm if you tend to get cold. Come with an open mind and an open heart.
