Air: Part Two of a series of Mandala Workshops with Isabel Lancaster at PYC.
Moving 360 degrees around the mats, for an energising flow to active Anahata our heart Chakra, the centre of devotion and love. The practice will concentrate on shoulder openers, quadriceps and lateral stretches to encourage safer entry into back bends.
This 2 hour workshop will begin and end with yin yoga to balance out the more invigorating part of the practice. This is an all levels class, options and variations will be given for those wanting to take their practice further.
