Water: Part One of a series of Mandala Workshops with Isabel Lankester at PYC.
Moving 360 degrees around the mats, for a creative yet energising flow to active Svadhisthana chakra, our link to fluidity and sense of flow. We shall concentrate the practise on the hip and groin area, delving deep into the pelvis working with arm balances and inversions.
This 2 hour workshop will begin and end with yin yoga to balance out the more invigorating part of the practice. This is an all levels class, options and variations will be given for those wanting to take their practice further.
