▸ 30 minute daily livestream classes
▸ Weekdays: 5.30pm – 6pm
▸ Weekends: 10.15am – 10.45am

We’ve put together something very special to challenge & inspire you while at home. A wonderful addition to your regular practice, you’ll feel progress each and every day of this course, developing the necessary strength, mobility and mind-body awareness to start flying with ease!

Make the most of your time at home by having something specific and fun to work on over a structured, 30-day course in real time. You will rotate between strength drills, flexibility and mobility, and play with different arm balances. Variations will be given for each option, from the initial entry point, to one-handed and fancy leg transitions!

Whether you’re just starting out on your hands, or even if you’re comfortable already, Sophia’s energy and precise teaching style will take your arm balances to a whole new level, so you learn to integrate them more effectively into your practice.
