In these classes, children will learn a full range of yoga postures. They will also be introduced to practical techniques to calm and focus the mind. Partner activities and yoga games are also on the menu!
– improves flexibility, balance, coordination and strength;
– provides foundations for healthy habits to strengthen and protect the body;
– improves concentration;
– provides tools to manage anxiety around exams.
In these happy positive classes, children learn to relate better to others, so they gain more poise and self-confidence!
