From headstand to handstand, inversions can be the most beneficial (and fun) postures in Yoga, but are often the ones people find the most daunting to try.
This workshop will show you how to prepare yourself for the simple to the more challenging inverted asanas, and how to start incorporating them confidently and safely into your own practice.
Suitable for everyone, whether getting comfortable in crow, switching between variations, or working to press handstand and float. Sophia’s passion will ensure you’ll leave full of confidence and excitement for your next class. All levels welcome.
