This 3 week course will build courage and confidence whilst breaking down the body mechanics of inversions. It doesn’t matter if the feet don’t leave the ground, the important aspect here is to gain the correct alignment to prepare yourself for flight! We’ll also cover how to build physical strength and mental confidence, be prepared to feel super strong, energised, and happy!
You’ll feel the benefits in every part of your practice. Inverting the body allows a wonderful circulatory boost to the upper areas and its also really good to change your perspective! Everyone welcome, no prior experience required.
