Learn how to prepare your body and mind for inversions, moving past fear and into fun!

Inversions aren’t just for advanced yogis, everyone can experience them: they are great for building strength, body awareness and focus. Inversions encourage us to see things from a different perspective, and bring playfulness to our practice.

To practice them confidently and safely, it’s essential to learn the correct setup and alignment for each pose. During the workshop we will explore the fundamentals, beginning with a strengthening flow before getting upside down.

In a relaxed and supportive environment Csilla will show you how to lift up off the floor and find ease. All levels welcome

Power Yoga, Level 1
Csilla (pronounced Chiller!) has a passion for spreading health and happiness. She holds a martial arts black belt but fell in love with yoga when she moved to London from Germany and discovered how versatile and replenishing yoga can be. Expect to leave her class sweaty, with a new found energy and a big smile!
