Week 3 | BACKBENDS Build trust and surrender
Open your heart chakra and build courage and stamina. Expect to feel energised and open.
Week 4 | INVERSIONS Change your perspective
Have fun and shake things up! Inversions teach us there is always another way of looking at things.
