Turning your world upside down can sometimes feel a little nerve-wracking, but it can also be super fun. Often we just need a little bit of help with the fundamentals to be able to start balancing on our heads!
Sophie will explain exactly what it takes to be able to build up the strength and confidence for your headstand practice, focusing on anatomy and giving you tips and tricks so that you can practice at home.
The workshop will involve a dynamic, playful and creative yoga practice. Learn how to approach inversions so that you have the tools to practice safely and confidently in any yoga class. Perfect for all yogis, no previous headstand experience is necessary.
