Our yoga practice is such a wonderful way to remain mobile, but what about strength? Do we even need strength around the hip? Join Elodie for an in depth look at the hips and pelvis and how to develop a safe and strong practice.
We’ll explore how our hip joints relate to the rest of the body in our asana, and how one yogi’s alignment might look very different to another’s. We will then consolidate our learning with a hip focused flow. This is a great workshop for students who want to ensure they are respecting their individual anatomy whilst refining their understanding of physical asana. Teachers wanting to gain depth of understanding around cueing, teaching and sequencing…. this is also the one for you!
