Turning your world upside down can often feel a little daunting, but it can also be super fun! We will start with opening and strengthening techniques and take it step by step until you’re up.
Learn how to approach inversions so that you can practice safely and confidently in any yoga class. We will work through various techniques and look at the different options you have to bring you upside down safely. Once you’ve mastered the fundamentals we’ll move towards Pincha Mayurasana.
Expect to have a lot of fun whilst you learn, and be ready to take your practice to the next level! Perfect for all yogis, no previous arm balances or inversions experience is necessary.
