2020 brings the opportunity to renew your connection to yourself and your practice. Start the new year with a revitalising detox, clearing out toxins and negative energy. The workshop consists of breath, movement, and relaxation designed to cleanse your body and mind from the inside out.
Expect Pranayama breathing, visualisation, and a strong physical asana. Deep twists and long holds will stimulate your digestive and metabolic systems purifying the body. We will end with intention setting and deep relaxation, ensuring you float out feeling relaxed, focused and vibrant. Come prepared to sweat, all levels welcome.
These workshops enable you to connect to your practice on a deeper level. The asanas will be familiar to you but you will be connecting through a different subject matter. We will take our time to touch upon breathing/meditation techniques and inquire into different philosophical aspects of yoga that are at the heart of our practice.
