Learn how to use Yoga to nourish and support our body’s natural intelligence to heal and nurture. Take time out to experience in this workshop how we are multilayered, multi-dimensional beings and how we can use the physical body to calm and soothe the mental and energetic body.
This 2 hour mini retreat will stretch and open out the body to release muscle tension and finish with restorative poses to allow you to leave feeling calmer, more balanced and less stressed. All levels welcome, no Yoga experience required.
