Our breath is a powerful tool to bridge the gap between the mind and the body, our emotions and our thoughts.
This workshop is for anyone looking to deepen their practice, seeking physical balance and mental and emotional clarity. It is an invitation to be inspired by your breath and its power to help you transform your yoga practice, and your life.
Nix will guide you through various breathing techniques, to help improve flexibility, to calm the mind and find balance within. Don’t worry if you are new to the practice, all yoga and breathwork levels are welcome.
