“How can I get there, and how can I stay upside down?” is a common question from yogis. It’s not only about practicing the target pose you have in mind but conditioning your body to get there safely and with correct alignment! There are 3 elements: Strengthening, Stretching, and Mobilising of 3 target areas: shoulders, core & glutes.

This is an all level workshop where we are going to work on the above elements and use the tools learned to get into some inversions/arm balances. Whether you are new to yoga or an advanced practitioner you can benefit from creating more body awareness and as the ancient Greeks said “strong body – strong mind”!
