Join Harriet for a two hour immersion into the foundations of power yoga. Perfect for those just beginning their yoga journey and anyone wanting to revisit the all important fundamentals.
You will be guided through individual asanas and learn how they link and flow together. Explore sun salutations; key standing and seated poses; breathing; meditation and relaxation – with a focus on healthy alignment and yoga terminology. After a lengthy relaxing Savasana you’ll leave the workshop with a better understanding of posture, breath and a deepened sense of awareness both physically and mentally.
All levels welcome, no yoga experience required.
