Whether you are just getting started or you would like to deepen your understanding, this 2 hour workshop will help you gain insight and confidence in the practice of yoga. Marta will guide you through the basic elements of a yoga class, including movement, breath, meditation and relaxation, providing you with variations that will allow you to explore your practice even further.
You will leave the workshop feeling empowered and confident enough to safely join public classes as well as develop a personal practice. As we’d love for you to feel part of the community, there will be also space for questions and conversations.
